Job summary

Crash Champions is seeking a Body Technician at our facility located at 3107 E State Rd 60, 33594. You will examine and repair vehicles, plan processes, and coordinate with the team to meet safety and quality standards.

The position offers a commission/flag rate structure with posted pay between USD 65,000.00 and USD 163,620.00 per year, plus comprehensive benefits and a 1:1 customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Ability to use frame machine.
• Certification in body repair preferred.
• Knowledge of vehicle repair process by manufacturer.
• I-CAR welding certified.
• Skill in analyzing and interpreting measuring data.
• Ability to supervise repair personnel.
• Must be able to pass thorough background check

Responsibilities

• Examines damaged vehicle and plans repair process.
• Works and communicates on repair status.
• Performs quality repairs with on-time status in mind.
• Makes decisions on repair vs. replace considering safety, cost, cycle time.
• Removes upholstery, accessories, electrical and hydraulic components to access areas.
• Participates in safety meetings.
• Files, grinds, and sands repaired surfaces using tools.
• Directs an apprentice and explains procedures as needed.
