Crash Champions is hiring a skilled Collision Repair Technician to examine damaged vehicles, plan repairs, communicate status with the team, and perform quality repairs while maintaining on-time status.

The role is paid on a commission/flag rate structure with a guaranteed minimum wage, and offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, 401k with match, referral bonus, and 5 paid holidays.

Qualifications

• Ability to use a frame machine.
• I-CAR welding certification preferred.
• Knowledge of vehicle repair processes by manufacturer.
• Ability to supervise repair personnel.
• Must be able to pass thorough background check.

Responsibilities

• Examines damaged vehicle and plans repair process.
• Communicates repair status with teammates.
• Performs quality repairs and maintains on-time status.
• Decides on repair vs. replace based on safety, cost, cycle time.
• Gleans access by removing upholstery and components as needed.
• Directs an apprentice and explains procedures.
