Crash Champions is seeking a skilled collision repair technician to evaluate damage, plan repairs, and lead junior team members in a fast-paced shop environment. You will perform high-quality repairs, communicate progress with colleagues, and help determine repair vs replacement decisions to ensure safety and efficiency.

The role offers a commission/flag pay structure with a broad posted pay range and extensive benefits, reflecting the value of expert craftsmanship in a growing nationwide MSO.

Qualifications

• Ability to use a frame machine and read repair plans.
• Experience supervising repair personnel and coordinating shop workflow.
• Solid knowledge of vehicle repair processes and safety standards.
• ICAR welding certification or equivalent.
• Must pass a thorough background check.

Responsibilities

• Examine damaged vehicle and plan repair workflow.
• Coordinate with team on repair status and progress.
• Perform quality repairs while maintaining on-time status.
• Decide on repair vs replacement based on safety and cost.
• Disassemble/reassemble components to access damage.
• Participate in safety meetings and follow shop procedures.
• Direct a junior apprentice when needed and explain tasks.
