Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to deliver exceptional customer experiences by accurately assessing and repairing vehicles to pre-accident condition. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble cars, using cutting tools, jacks, and fillers while upholding speed, quality, and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or apprenticeship required.
• Ability to read job orders with minimal supervision.
• Skilled with auto body repair tools and methods.
• Able to lift up to 30 pounds.
• Able to work in a noisy environment with odors.

Responsibilities

• Plan and repair vehicles while adhering to WOW plan.
• Prepare cost estimates for customers.
• Repair and replace panels, glass, and interiors as needed.
• Ensure work meets labor time guidelines.
• Inspect vehicles after repair for quality.
