Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to deliver exceptional customer experiences through meticulous vehicle repair. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble cars, ensuring speed, quality, and adherence to KPIs, while representing the brand proudly.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent and completion of a technical program or a 3-year apprenticeship. Safety, teamwork, and precision are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or supported by tech school/apprenticeship.
• Experience or training in auto body repair methods and procedures.
• Ability to read job orders and work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Execute WOW plan consistently to ensure quality and speed.
• Plan repair work and prepare cost estimates for customers.
• Repair vehicle bodies using cutting tools, hammers, and related equipment.
• Realign chassis and frames to correct structural damage.
• Remove damaged sections and install new or aftermarket parts.
• Replace or repair glass, interior parts, and paint to factory specs.
• Inspect the completed work to ensure it meets quality standards.
