Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to deliver exceptional customer experiences through meticulous evaluation and repairs, restoring vehicles to pre-accident condition. You will disassemble, repair, reassemble, and refinish vehicles while ensuring alignment with KPIs and acting as a Brand Ambassador for The Boyd Group.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical school or apprenticeship preferred.
• Ability to read job orders and work with minimal supervision.
• Strong understanding of methods to repair vehicle bodies and use of trade tools.
• Experience or training in disassembly, repair, and reassembly of vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Plan repair work and prepare customer cost estimates.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles to restore pre-accident condition.
• Realign chassis and frames to repair structural damage.
• Replace damaged sections with new or aftermarket parts.
• Weld and refinish to factory or agreed standards.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality and adherence to timelines.
