Gerber Collision & Glass is hiring an Auto Body Technician to deliver exceptional customer experiences by meticulously repairing vehicles to pre-accident condition. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble cars, realign chassis, and ensure repairs meet speed, quality, and customer-service standards.

Role requires technical training or apprenticeship, ability to work with various tools, and adherence to safety and labor guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of technical school or 3-year apprenticeship preferred.
• Must read job orders and work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Ensure WOW plan execution across workflows.
• Plan repair work and prepare cost estimates for customers.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles to pre-accident condition.
• Realign chassis and frames to fix structural damage.
• Replace damaged sections with new or aftermarket parts.
• Weld and fit parts, paint with factory-specified or equivalent finishes.
• Inspect completed work for quality and accuracy.
• Complete work orders within labor time guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
