Job summary

Caliber is hiring for a collision repair technician in our TX service center. The role focuses on blueprinting and executing full collision repairs, from fenders to frames, with a strong emphasis on quality and safety.

You will work with a team of painters, estimators, and office staff, using top equipment and ongoing training (I-CAR, ASE) to advance your career. Eligible new hires can receive up to a $10,000 sign-on bonus and benefits from day one.

Qualifications

• At least two years turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Ability to pull, straighten, and square frames to factory specs.
• Blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
• Attention to tightening bolts, welds, and overall workmanship.
• Must lift up to 50lbs and work physically.
• Collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with accuracy and no shortcuts.
• Handle full collision repair—from Fender to frame rebuilds.
• Perform panel and structural work to restore factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly with precise fit and finish.
• Work as a team to move cars efficiently through the shop.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
