Job summary

Caliber Independence is seeking an experienced auto body technician to join our shop. You will repair collision damage using modern equipment and follow factory specs to restore vehicles to showroom condition.

We offer a sign-on bonus of $1,500 for September start, plus training with I-CAR and ASE certifications. You will work collaboratively with painters, estimators, and front office staff in a fast-paced, safety-conscious environment.

Qualifications

• At least two years of collision repair experience.
• Frame and structural know-how: pull, straighten and square.
• No-shortcuts mentality: blueprint and fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail: tightened bolts, precise welds.
• Physically fit: able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude: collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Full collision repair from minor to major frame work.
• Panel and structural work to bring parts back to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly with attention to finish.
• Work as a team to move cars through the shop.
• Keep work area clean and safe.
