You will blueprint and execute clean repairs, perform full collision repair from dents to frame work, and handle panel work to restore factory specs. Qualifications

• At least two years of turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how to pull, straighten and square components.
• No-shortcuts mentality—blueprint it, fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail with tightened bolts, perfected welds, and no excuses.
• Physically fit for the job; ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Team-first attitude; collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision—no guesswork.
• Perform full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Handle panel and structural work to bring parts back to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Work as a team to move cars through the shop.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
