Job summary

Caliber is seeking skilled collision repair technicians to join our St. Louis center. You will perform full collision repairs, from fender benders to frame rebuilds, with emphasis on factory-spec restoration and quality reassembly.

Qualifications

• Experienced hands—At least two years of turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how—If you can pull, straighten, and square it up, we want you.
• No-shortcuts mentality—Blueprint it, fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail—You’re committed to tightened bolts, perfected welds, and no excuses.
• Physically fit for the job—You can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude—You collaborate with the painters, estimators, and front office staff in the business.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Full collision repair from denders to frame rebuilds.
• Panel and structural work to restore factory specs.
• Quality reassembly with attention to fit and finish.
• Work as a team to move cars through the shop.
• Keep the work area safe and tidy.
