Caliber is seeking an experienced collision repair professional at the Phoenix facility, focused on precise, factory-spec repairs and full collision work. The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and high-quality finishes in a fast-paced center.

You’ll repair frames, panels, and structural components, using blueprint-level accuracy, with opportunities for career growth and ongoing training. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Qualifications

• At least two years of collision repair experience.
• Frame and structural know-how to pull, straighten, and square.
• No-shortcuts mentality—blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail to ensure tightened bolts, welds, and alignment.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-oriented with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Handle full collision repair from dings to frame rebuilds.
• Perform panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly with attention to fit and finish.
• Work collaboratively with teammates to move cars through the shop.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area.
