Caliber Collision's New Holland service center is seeking skilled collision repair technicians to restore vehicles efficiently and safely. You will handle full repairs, from frame straightening to panel replacement, ensuring factory-spec alignment and a clean reassembly.

Qualifications

• Two years of collision repair experience is required.
• Frame and structural know-how; ability to pull, straighten, and square.
• No-shortcuts mentality; blueprint and repair to factory specs.
• Sharp eye for detail; precise repairs and finish.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs; safe work practices.
• Team-first attitude; collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with no shortcuts.
• Handle full collision repair from minor to major frame work.
• Perform panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly and finish; attention to fit and finish.
• Work as part of a team to move vehicles efficiently.
• Keep the work area clean and safe at all times.
• Treat accidents as the business; provide reliable customer service.
