Caliber is seeking skilled collision repair technicians at our Salem, OR service center. You will handle full collision repairs, from fender benders to frame rebuilds, applying your frame knowledge and precise welding to restore vehicles to factory specs.

Qualifications

• Experienced hands — at least two years repairing wrecked vehicles.
• Frame and structural know-how — pull, straighten, and square up frames.
• No-shortcuts mentality — blueprint it, fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail — commit to tightened bolts, welds, and quality.
• Physically fit for the job — ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude — collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs.
• Full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Panel and structural work — bring bent, twisted or torn parts back to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly — finish with precise fit and finish.
