Caliber's Springfield - East Service Center is seeking an experienced auto body technician to perform full collision repairs and structural work with a focus on precision and safety.

Qualifications

• At least two years of turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Ability to pull, straighten, and square frames.
• No-shortcuts mentality: blueprint and fix right the first time.
• Attention to detail with tight bolts and welds.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-oriented with collaboration across departments.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Full collision repair from minor to major.
• Panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly with attention to fit and finish.
• Work as a team to move cars through.
