Job summary

Caliber's Service Center in St Francis is seeking an experienced auto body technician to perform full collision repair, from frame repairs to final reassembly.

You will blueprint work, repair to factory specs, and collaborate with painters and estimators to deliver high-quality results. The role emphasizes attention to detail, physical fitness, and teamwork while offering career growth and stability.

Qualifications

  • At least two years of collision repair experience.
  • Frame and structural know-how; ability to pull, straighten, and square components.
  • No-shortcuts mentality; blueprint and repair right the first time.
  • Sharp eye for detail; ensure tightened bolts and quality welds.
  • Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Team-first attitude; collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

  • Blueprint and execute repairs with precision and no guesswork.
  • Full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
  • Panel and structural work to bring parts back to factory specs.
  • Quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
  • Work as a team; coordinate with colleagues to move cars through.
  • Keep the work area safe and tidy at all times.
