Caliber is seeking a collision repair technician in Eugene to join a team that handles full vehicle repairs with precision. The role requires at least two years of hands-on experience, frame and structural know-how, and a no-shortcuts mindset.

Qualifications

  • Frame and structural know-how; pull, straighten, square up.
  • No-shortcuts mentality; blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
  • Sharp eye for detail; tightened bolts, perfected welds, no excuses.
  • Physically fit; capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Team-first attitude; collaborate with painters, estimators and front office staff.
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

  • Blueprint and execute repairs with accuracy.
  • Full collision repair from minor to major frame work.
  • Panel and structural repair to factory specs.
  • Quality reassembly with precise fit and finish.
  • Work as part of a team to move cars efficiently.
  • Keep the work area safe and tidy.
