Qualifications

At least two years of turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
Frame and structural know-how to pull, straighten, and square it up.
Blueprint it, fix it right the first time.
Attention to detail with tightened bolts and welds.
Must be physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Team-oriented, collaborating with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
Full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
Panel and structural work to factory specs.
Quality reassembly with careful fit and finish.
Work as a team to move cars through the shop.
Maintain a clean and safe work area.
