Caliber is seeking dedicated collision repair technicians to join our Wooster, OH service center. You will repair vehicles after accidents, working with modern equipment and a safety-forward team to deliver high-quality results.

Qualifications

  • Two years of experience turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
  • Frame and structural repair knowledge.
  • No shortcuts; blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
  • Strong attention to detail with tightened bolts and welds.
  • Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Team-oriented collaboration with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
  • Eligible to work in the U.S. without restrictions.

Responsibilities

  • Blueprint and execute precise repairs.
  • Handle full collision repair from minor to major.
  • Panel and structural work to factory specs.
  • Quality reassembly and final touches.
  • Work as a team to move cars efficiently.
  • Keep the work area safe and tidy.
