Qualifications

Two years of experience turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
Frame and structural repair knowledge.
No shortcuts; blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
Strong attention to detail with tightened bolts and welds.
Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Team-oriented collaboration with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
Eligible to work in the U.S. without restrictions.

Responsibilities

Blueprint and execute precise repairs.
Handle full collision repair from minor to major.
Panel and structural work to factory specs.
Quality reassembly and final touches.
Work as a team to move cars efficiently.
