Job summary

Caliber's Wayne Service Center is hiring a collision repair technician. The role covers full collision repair from bumper to frame using modern equipment, with opportunities to build a rewarding career at a growth-minded center.

We expect at least two years of hands-on experience, frame and structural know-how, and a no-shortcuts mindset. I-CAR and ASE certifications are supported; benefits start day one.

Qualifications

• At least two years of hands-on collision repair experience.
• Strong frame and structural repair knowledge and skills.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work safely.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision and no shortcuts.
• Perform full collision repair from minor to major frame work.
• Repair panels and structures to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly with focus on fit and finish.
• Collaborate with teammates to move cars efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
