Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking experienced collision repair technicians at our El Paso service center. You will perform full collision repairs, from dents to frame work, with a focus on precision, safety, and quality. This role emphasizes teamwork with painters, estimators, and front-office staff to move cars efficiently.

We value hands-on experience, attention to detail, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Eligibility to work in the U.S. is required.

Qualifications

• At least two years of collision repair experience.
• Frame and structural know-how: pull, straighten, square up.
• No-shortcuts mindset; blueprint and fix right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail; ensure bolts and welds are correct.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-oriented; collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute clean, precise collision repairs.
• Perform full collision repair from minor dents to frame work.
• Handle panel and structural work to factory specifications.
• Quality reassembly; ensure fit and finish are spot on.
• Work as a team with colleagues to move cars efficiently.
• Keep the work area clean and safe at all times.
