Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking an experienced Collision Repair Technician in Surprise, AZ. You will perform full collision repairs with a focus on frame and structural work, blueprinting, and precise reassembly, working with a collaborative team to get vehicles back on the road safely.

We offer a competitive weekly pay range, a sign-on bonus of $1500 for September starters, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for growth with I-CAR and ASE certifications.

Qualifications

• At least two years of collision repair experience.
• Frame and structural repair knowledge with ability to straighten and square.
• No-shortcuts mentality; blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute precise repairs.
• Full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly and finish of repaired panels.
• Collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Keep the work area clean and safe.
