Job summary

Caliber Collision’s Service Center in Litchfield Park is seeking skilled technicians to repair collisions with precision from the first assessment to final reassembly.

Two years of repair experience, frame expertise, and a no-shortcuts approach are essential. The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and quality workmanship to help customers return their vehicles to peak condition.

Qualifications

• At least two years turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how: pull, straighten, and square.
• No-shortcuts mentality: blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail: tighten bolts, welds and finishes.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute collision repairs with precision.
• Perform full collision repair from minor dents to frame rebuilds.
• Work on panel and structural components to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Collaborate with team members across departments to move cars efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
