Caliber Collision is seeking a skilled collision repair technician at our Montgomery, AL Service Center. You will perform full collision repairs—from fender benders to frame rebuilds—using precise blueprinting and factory-spec outcomes.

The role emphasizes frame/structural expertise, attention to detail, and teamwork to deliver safe, quality results. Eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions; we offer competitive pay and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience turning wrecks into road-ready rides (body tech).
• Blueprint, straighten, and square for quality repairs.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. without restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Perform full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Handle panel and structural work to return to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly; finish with care and precision.
• Work as a team with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment at all times.
