Qualifications

  • At least two years turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
  • Frame and structural know-how: pull, straighten, and square it up.
  • No-shortcuts mentality: blueprint, fix it right the first time.
  • Sharp eye for detail: tightened bolts, precise welds.
  • Physically fit: able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Team-first attitude: collaborate with body shop team.

Responsibilities

  • Blueprint and execute repairs with clean, precise methods.
  • Handle full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
  • Perform panel and structural work to restore factory specs.
  • Ensure quality reassembly and attention to finish details.
  • Work as a team to move cars through the shop.
  • Maintain a clean, safe work area on the shop floor.
