Job summary

Caliber Collision Hartville is seeking skilled collision technicians to perform full repair work from fender bender to frame reconstruction. You will blueprint, repair structural components, and ensure precise reassembly with top-quality finishes.

Team collaboration with painters, estimators, and staff is essential to move cars efficiently through the shop. Ideal candidates have at least two years of hands-on collision repair experience, frame know-how, and a strong eye for detail.

Qualifications

  • At least two years repairing wrecks into road-ready vehicles.
  • Ability to read blueprints and perform frame repairs.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure precise alignment and welds.

Responsibilities

  • Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
  • Perform full collision repair, including fender to frame work.
  • Handle panel and structural work to restore factory specs.
  • Ensure quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
  • Collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area at all times.
