Caliber Collision Service Center in Albuquerque is seeking a skilled collision repair technician to perform full repairs, frame and structural work, and precise reassembly. You will work with experienced teammates and modern equipment to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Two years of collision repair experience.
• Frame and structural know-how with ability to pull, straighten, and square.
• No-shortcuts mentality; blueprint and repair it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail; ensure tightened bolts and quality welds.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude; collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Handle full collision repair from minor to major.
• Perform panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Work as a team to move cars through the shop.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and tidy work area.
