Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking skilled auto body technicians at our Helena service center. You will perform full collision repairs, from frames to panels, with a focus on precise, factory-grade results.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of experience, know how to blueprint repairs, and can lift up to 50 lbs. You’ll collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff in a fast-paced shop environment.

Qualifications

  • At least two years of turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
  • Blueprint it, fix it right the first time.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay physically capable.
  • Collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.

Responsibilities

  • Blueprint and execute clean, precise repairs.
  • Handle full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
  • Repair panel and structural work to factory specs.
  • Ensure quality reassembly and finish details.
  • Work as a team to move cars efficiently.
  • Keep the workspace safe and tidy at all times.
