Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass seeks an Auto Body Technician to deliver exceptional customer experiences by meticulously repairing vehicles to pre-accident condition. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble cars, align chassis, replace parts, and ensure quality while upholding the WOW standards.

Responsibilities include preparing cost estimates, using a range of tools, and collaborating with team members to meet KPIs and company commitments to speed, quality, and customer excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program OR 3-year apprenticeship in auto body repair preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute WOW plan consistently.
• Plan repair work and prepare cost estimates for customers.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles to pre-accident condition.
• Realign chassis and replace damaged sections with new or aftermarket parts.
• Weld, paint, and ensure repairs meet quality standards.
• Inspect vehicles after repair to ensure proper completion.
