Caliber is seeking skilled collision repair technicians for its Dickson City, PA center. You will perform full collision repairs, including frame work, panel straightening, and reassembly, collaborating with painters, estimators, and front office staff.

Expect ongoing training and a strong safety culture. Eligible candidates with at least two years of hands-on experience and a sharp eye for detail will join a team that uses modern equipment and prioritizes quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• At least two years of turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how: able to pull, straighten, and square.
• Blueprint it, fix it right the first time.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Panel and structural work to bring bending back to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Work as a team with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Keep the work location safe and tidy at all times.
