Caliber’s Service Center in Springfield, TN seeks an experienced collision repair technician to restore damaged vehicles with precision and care. You’ll work on full-frame repairs, panel work, and quality reassembly, ensuring factory specs and safe, road-ready results for customers.

You should bring at least two years of hands-on experience, frame knowledge, and a no-shortcuts mindset. Strong teamwork and physical fitness to lift up to 50 lbs are essential.

Qualifications

• At least two years of hands-on collision repair experience.
• Ability to pull, straighten, and square frames to factory specs.
• Commitment to precise repairs and quality reassembly.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute full collision repairs with precision.
• Handle fender benders to frame rebuilds and structural work.
• Panel and structural work to restore factory alignment.
• Quality final touches and fit-and-finish.
• Collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area at all times.
