Caliber is seeking an experienced collision repair technician in Harrisburg, PA. You will perform full collision repairs from simple fender benders to frame rebuilds, ensuring factory specifications and quality finishes.

We value a two-year track record, frame/structural know-how, and a no-shortcuts mindset. You’ll work with a team across painters, estimators, and front office while maintaining safety and tidiness.

Qualifications

• At least two years of turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how—pull, straighten, and square it up.
• No-shortcuts mentality—Blueprint it, fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail—tightened bolts, perfected welds, no excuses.
• Physically fit for the job—lift up to 50lbs.
• Team-first attitude—collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs.
• Full collision repair—from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Panel and structural work—bring back to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly—fit and finish matter.
• Work as a team—trust and teamwork move cars through.
• Keep it clean—safety and tidiness first.
