Gerber Collision & Glass offers a hands-on program in the automotive industry, running a 30‑day trial to qualify for an 18‑month Technician Development Program. You will work alongside experienced technicians, learning dent removal, sanding and painting while following safety protocols.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, some related experience, and readiness to learn. The program emphasizes teamwork, safety and continuous skill development within a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED preferred; some on‑the‑job experience is preferred.
• I‑CAR Gold Class preferred; trade/vocational training valued.
• Ability to learn basic auto body repair techniques and tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist in performing basic auto body repairs under supervision.
• Learn to use and maintain tools and equipment safely.
• Participate in vehicle inspections and assist in repair planning.
• Collaborate with team to complete projects on time and to standard.
