Gerber Collision & Glass is offering a hands-on entry into auto body repair through a 30-day trial designed to qualify you for an 18-month Technician Development Program. You will work with experienced technicians on dent removal, sanding, and painting while learning tool safety and repair planning.

Required are a high school diploma or GED, with I-CAR Gold Class preferred; you should be able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand long hours, and work well in a team to meet safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• High school diploma or GED preferred; vocational training valued.
• Some on-the-job auto body exposure preferred; I-CAR Gold Class preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in basic auto body repairs: dent removal, sanding, painting.
• Learn to use and maintain tools safely and efficiently.
• Participate in vehicle inspections to identify damages and plan repairs.
• Collaborate with team to meet timelines and quality standards.
• Follow safety protocols and keep a clean, organized workspace.
