Responsibilities

• Assist in writing estimates for DRP's and Non-DRP's.
• Ensure work standards are current and accurate; monitor employees for safety and task adherence.
• Oversee body shop operations and ensure technicians stay updated with annual certifications.
• Perform other duties to support business operations.
• Ensure medical plans and vision coverage are administered properly.
