Job summary

A valid US work authorization and driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of business operations and auto collision estimating.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in CCC One and Mitchell Connect.

Responsibilities

• Manage work flow and improve work standards with technicians and office team.
• Assist in writing estimate for DRP's and Non-DRP's.
• Ensure work standards are current and accurate. Monitor employees to ensure they follow safety regulations and their daily tasks.
• Oversee body shop operations as well as ensure the technicians are up to date with their annual certification trainings.
• Perform other duties assigned to support the business operations.
