Bailey's Automotive Services Inc. is seeking an Auto Body Estimator to join our Fargo/Moorhead team.

You will connect with customers to understand concerns, create detailed repair plans and estimates, and coordinate with insurance for a smooth collision repair process from start to finish. The ideal candidate has strong customer service and communication skills, excellent organization, and a proactive approach to learning and growing within a fast-paced automotive environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide a professional, welcoming experience.
• Listen to customers’ concerns and understand repair needs.
• Create repair plans and estimates for collision and other repairs.
• Document vehicle damage with photographs and OEM procedures.
• Coordinate with insurance companies and explain repair plans to customers.
• Schedule repairs and maintain accurate records.
