Job summary

Gilleland Cadillac is seeking an experienced Auto Body Estimator to serve as the front-line liaison between customers, insurance partners, and our production team. You will write accurate repair estimates using CCC, Mitchell, Audatex, and perform inspections to determine repair plans.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced shop environment.

Qualifications

• Estimate accurately using leading estimating software (CCC, Mitchell, Audatex).
• Communicate clearly with customers throughout the repair process.
• Coordinate with insurance adjusters to finalize estimates.

Responsibilities

• Write accurate repair estimates using industry-standard software.
• Perform vehicle damage inspections and determine repair plans.
• Communicate with customers throughout the repair process.
• Work with insurance adjusters to negotiate and finalize estimates.
• Identify hidden damage and write supplements as needed.
• Coordinate with technicians and management to ensure timely repairs.
• Maintain organized repair files and documentation.
• Ensure repairs meet safety, OEM, and quality standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service from intake to delivery.
