Job summary

Reynold's Body Shop in Indiana is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide excellent service to customers in a timely, friendly manner and to liaison between customers and the operations team.

You will greet customers, answer calls quickly, collect information, coordinate tows with estimators, organize files, manage payments, and keep the front office orderly while staying calm under pressure.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year of related work experience, preferably in a customer service-related role.
• Comfortable using computers and basic software applications.

Responsibilities

• Greet all customers in a timely and professional manner, in person or on the phone.
• Answer calls within two rings and relay messages when needed.
• Ask questions and provide information to customers to assist them.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude toward all customers at all times.
• Collect information sheets with personal and insurance details and relay to the Estimator.
• Set up and coordinate tows and communicate with the Estimator.
• Organize and file customer documents, tow sheets, and related forms for Estimator review.
• Document and collect payments when vehicles are ready for delivery to customers.
• Keep the front office organized to present a welcoming space for customers.
• Order and maintain office supplies as needed.
• Maintain company calendar ensuring adequate Estimators are available for customer estimates.
• Coordinate rental arrangements with providers (Enterprise, Hertz, etc.) if needed.
• Remain calm and professional around customers in distress.
