Qualifications

• Excellent computer skills are required.

• Automotive industry experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls and emails.
• Prospect follow-up calls and set sales/service appointments.
• Answer internet inquiries by email and phone.
• Follow up with customers to generate leads and close sales.
• Explain vehicle features and available options to customers.
• Maintain a follow-up system for referrals and customer satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
