Bergey's Cadillac in Plymouth Meeting, PA is seeking a full-time customer experience representative to handle a high-volume mix of calls, emails and text messages, guiding customers through our product portfolio and showroom experience.

You will manage live client communications, serve a premium client base, and ensure a seamless buying journey across locations, delivering outstanding customer service every day.

Qualifications

• Experience in handling high-volume calls, emails and texts.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Full-time position with a guaranteed hourly base pay plus commission.

Responsibilities

• Manage Live Client Communications across calls, emails, and text messages in our mass communications center.
• Cater to a premium client base of 250–300 customers.
• Regulate the customer journey through a structured dialogue.
• Win high-quality commitments when speaking with both economical shoppers and ultra-luxury shoppers.
• Learn Best-in-Class automotive retail practices to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Maintain High-Quality Customer Satisfaction in daily interactions.
• Participate in Exclusive Company Outings and signature community events twice per year.
