Bergey's Cadillac in Plymouth Meeting, PA is hiring for a full-time role handling high-volume calls, emails and texting to drive the customer journey. You will complete product training, manage live client communications, and coordinate with showroom sales to deliver a premier buying experience.

The position offers a structured compensation plan with an hourly base plus tiered commissions and opportunities for advancement within Bergey’s family of automobile locations.

Compensation & Structure

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Hourly Base Pay: $16.00 – $18.00 / hour guaranteed
• Total Expected Income Range: $49,000 – $52,000 (Hourly base plus tiered commission scale)
