Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the sales territory and establish key customer relationships.
• Lead sales initiatives in the Independent Automotive Aftermarket to drive growth.
• Develop national sales plans to meet AOP targets within budget.
• Lead customer meetings, present proposals and negotiate terms.
• Coordinate with marketing, supply chain, and customer service to deliver solutions.
• Monitor pricing, discounts, and program terms with customers.
