Surpass Behavioral Health is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to work with children and teens with autism in clinical, school, or home settings. You will provide one-on-one therapy under a BCBA, implement treatment plans, and help children reach their full potential.

Responsibilities include recording data, completing notes, and collaborating with caregivers to report progress. We offer RBT training, growth opportunities, and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Requires candidate to be at least 18 years old.
• Pre-Employment Drug Screening is required.

Responsabilités

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans using ABA principles.
• Assist with challenging behaviors and ensure a safe environment.
• Record data and complete session notes and timesheets.
• Collaborate with BCBA and caregivers to report progress.
