Job summary

Sunray ABA is seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team. Working under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will implement individualized treatment plans for clients diagnosed with ASD or other developmental conditions.

You will deliver 1:1 therapy in home, school, or clinic settings, collect data, and participate in supervision and ongoing training to support client progress.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred).
• Current RBT certification.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for sessions.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 therapy to clients in home, school, or clinic settings.
• Implement treatment plans and behavior intervention plans (BIPs) as designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect and record accurate data on client progress during each session.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members.
• Attend regular supervision sessions and training as required.
• Adhere to all ethical guidelines and standards outlined by the BACB (Behavior Analyst Certification Board).
