SkyCare ABA is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide individualized ABA therapy for children with ASD in homes, schools, and clinics. You will use evidence-based approaches like DTT and NET to support communication, social, and daily living skills.

Qualifications

• RBT certified.
• Experience with children and passion for supporting those with ASD.
• Physical ability to participate in active play and therapeutic activities.
• Must pass background check and have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy focusing on communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Collect data and track progress to inform treatment plans.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, caregivers, and team members.
• Ensure a safe, engaging environment for client success.
• Help children reach their full potential with compassion and consistency.
