Job summary

Surpass Behavioral Health is seeking a Behavior Technician to join our team supporting children and teens with autism across clinical, school, or home settings. Under BCBA supervision, you will deliver one-on-one ABA sessions and help families monitor progress.

You'll use engaging materials, collect data, and document session notes while upholding safety and compassionate care. We offer training, growth paths, and a strong team environment with weekday schedules.

Qualifications

• Experience with ABA in child/teen autism
• Ability to implement treatment plans under supervision
• Data collection and progress tracking experience
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA sessions under BCBA guidance.
• Assist with challenging behaviors and maintain a safe environment.
• Collaborate with BCBA and caregivers to monitor progress.
• Complete session notes and timesheets for each session.
• Collect and record data on socially significant behaviors.
• Utilize engaging, instructional materials to motivate learners.
• Support multiple clinics if needed.
