Job summary

Applied ABC is seeking a Behavior Technician to deliver one-to-one ABA therapy in children’s homes, under the supervision of a BCBA. The role focuses on implementing individualized intervention plans and collecting session data to guide progress.

Experience with ABA is required, a BA in a related field (or current pursuit), and weekday/weekend availability. The provider network offers competitive pay, ongoing training, and opportunities for career advancement.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum of ABA experience.
• BA in related field or undergraduates in pursuit of relevant education.

Responsibilities

• Implement unique, one-to-one behavioral intervention plans
• Participate in continued staff training on ABA techniques
• Regular communication with supervisory staff
• Operate under the supervision of a BCBA
• Weekday and weekend availability
• Collect therapy session data
