Job summary

Alabama Autism Assistance Program is seeking a patient and energetic Registered Behavioral Technician to support one-on-one and small group therapies for individuals with autism. You will collect data, monitor progress, and work closely with families, teachers, and other service providers.

As an RBT, you will apply behavior-analytic procedures under supervision, maintain accurate records, and contribute to the clients' development and well-being while fostering a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent required.
• CPR certified (or equivalent)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate one-on-one and small group therapies for individuals with autism.
• Collect data and track progress to guide interventions.
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other service providers to support client goals.
