Job summary

Key Autism Services is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). You will work under BCBA supervision to implement behavior plans and collect data on progress.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 months of ABA experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Dependable, professional, and compassionate.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and actively engage with children during sessions.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct one‑on‑one ABA therapy to children with ASD.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors.
• Use ABA teaching strategies including Discrete Trial Training (DTT) and Natural Environment Teaching (NET).
• Collaborate with BCBAs and clinical team members to ensure consistent care.
• Participate in supervision sessions, trainings, and team meetings.
• Maintain a safe, engaging, and positive therapy environment.
